Hi @Tatiana33,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP notebook shows a blue screen with date and time, and you’re unable to log in due to the error “The User Profile Service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.” Let’s go through a few steps to try and fix this issue.

Restart the Notebook

Hold the Power button for 10 seconds to fully shut down the notebook.

Turn it back on and check if the issue persists, sometimes a simple reboot reloads the profile correctly.

Start in Safe Mode

Turn off the notebook, then power it on and immediately press F11 repeatedly.

Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

When options appear, press 4 or F4 to enter Safe Mode.

Try logging in from there. If it works, create a new user account and copy your files from the old profile.

Use System Restore (if Safe Mode doesn’t work)

Boot into F11 > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore.

Select a restore point from a date when your notebook was working fine.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the restore.

Enable Built-in Administrator Account

If you can reach Safe Mode, open Command Prompt (Admin) and type:
net user administrator /active:yes

Restart the notebook and log in using the Administrator account.

From there, create a new user account and move your data.

Repair Corrupted System Files

Open Command Prompt (Admin) and type:
sfc /scannow

Let the process complete, then restart the notebook. This checks and repairs corrupted files that may affect user profiles.

If None of the Above Works

Boot to F11 > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.

Choose Keep my files to reinstall Windows while preserving your personal data.

These steps should help you regain access to your system and restore normal log-in functionality.

I hope this helps.
