I have done all the processes with HP Latin America. The pc does not work and has to be sent back to the US. The motherboard needs replacement and apparently it cannot be done in Latin America. I bought the pc in Miami and brought it CLOSED to Argentina. When I opened it, it did not work. We tried everything with HP support and they asked me to call this number 1-877-917-4380, which I have done repeatedly. No one answers. I need to know who to talk to! Its within it guarantee period.
