HP Recommended

I just bought HP B9EG9PA Ryzen 7 Laptop last August 23 2025. I was told that I will be given a 2000worth of gcash since HP has a promo for this model. I wasn't told that I need to keep the box for this is included in the requirements. After 3days I opened the link, and it say there that I need to have the picture of the box with the serial number and immediate call my client to provide the box, but unfortunately the box was already disposed.

What will I do with this problem?
