I tried today again to install windows 8.1 both versions noone worked. Sameanswer again This time i used usb stick and changed order of booting in bios, so that rhe usb stick was first choise. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you for help.

It is best to use a different PC that the one you are trying to repair to download and create the USB Windows installation flash drive.
If you have downloaded an ISO of the Windows version you want to install, it may be simpler to use RUFUS.

Hi Erico!
It does not work. I start wonder if there is an another problem. Because when I start the computer the hp logo come up and it says please wait. After awhile the screen become blue and a couple of dialouge windows flashing by and at last the dialouge window says that You are not able to restore this ystem with the media. Same things happens everytimes.
