You'll have to reinstall W10;

 

You can reinstall Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive on another Windows PC with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

 

To boot from the USB flash drive have it plugged into your notebook's USB port, turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately tap...tap...tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the (U)EFI USB flash drive and press the Enter key.

 

The PC should boot from the flash drive and the W10 installation files should begin to load.
