Dear HP,

 

I dont have Data D or Disk D on my PC. please can you tell me the reason and explain it. and if there's a way i can have Data D or Disk D, Thanks in advance..

Hi,

You have one 256GB M2 SSD in the machine. That is drive C:

You could divide this drive in to two partitions and so have drive D (with software or in Disk Management)

However since the capacity of the drive is only 256GB I would just leave it as it is and store files on C: drive and maybe an external backup drive (or Cloud)

You could replace the drive with a larger capacity drive such as 1TB for example and then divide it into two partitions.
