Please can someone help me
I downloaded and updated the wrong bios firmware update at first it was working fine after switching my pc off I left it till the second day when I tried switching it on it brought the hp logo then a very bright white screen where it wrote that my intel bios is corrupt or something like that I should press continue after I did that it brought out the firmware update then after loading it stopped at 50 and switched of then it switched on again and did the same thing over and over I tried using different command like windows + b it did not work I think it is blocking the whole startup process I also took it to an engineer butt he told me that he would have to erase everything on my pc. And I have very important documents that is not backed up. I have also tried the USB recovery method. Please someone should help me I really need those files.
