The HP Recovery information that is installed on laptops is designed to return the laptop to the Original Factory Condition. This is how it works.
When you change the OS version, in this case from Home to Pro, you do that OUTSIDE of the HP recovery environment, so it is completely unreasonable for you expect the HP installation to adapt to a change that YOU have made.
For that to happen, you would have to download an entirely new factory image from HP, and they do not make that available.
You got what you paid for. IF you wanted a version with Win10 Pro, you should have bought a version with Win19 Pro.

To upgrade from Windows 10 Home to a Pro version, follow the tutorial at the following web document. The upgrade will have to be purchased from the Microsoft store, since you did not choose the Windows Pro upgrade when you purchased your notebook.
