You can shut the notebook down by pressing and holding the powerbutton in for four to six seconds.
Was it an upgrade or an update?
You can remove the update or upgrade easily.
Make sure that you only remove the recent update/upgrade.
Check the date of the most recent update in the update history list.
"CORE i3 laptop." is not the product number or product name of your HP notebook.
