Hi

Some HP Streams have 32 GB of storage.

This is usually not enough to enable a Factory Fresh Reset.

You must delete almost every-thing from storage until you get 12 GB free and try and make a USB or use the F11 option.

I did the disk cleanup but im just able to get 6gb free on28 gb

Try and make a W10 USB, but it may not actually complete.

I use cmd.exe a command prompt

WinKey + R  a little box appears

type cmd.exe dir

OR 

Windows System    Command Prompt

Right Click,   MORE   run as Administrator

Then type

cd..

cd..

cls

Which should give clear box.

NEXT type  del c:\*.tmp /s

C:\>del c:\*.tmp /s
Deleted file - c:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3\share\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\97DC.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3\share\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\A440.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3\share\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\AA1C.tmp
