Product: Hp stream laptop11

I have a problem with my Stream computer hp it doesn't work fast, it's a new device that's just a week and I'm using it
The problem is that when I turn it on by pressing the power button, after it read the logo of Hp, the code area is displayed, after that i enter the code, after that it gives me a black screen and wait 10 to 20 minutes until the system is running15524110486024648831894113156304.jpg

Even though the Stream is a low spec laptop that isn't normal at all. I would call HP Support. I notice you have a sticker with the number. Nice they do that now.
