Thank you so much for the guidance  I really appreciate your time and support. Losing the official receipt was a bit stressful, especially since I know it's important for warranty claims or future service requests. Your advice to contact the original vendor makes complete sense, and I’ll be reaching out to them directly to request a duplicate receipt. Hopefully, they have my purchase information stored and can issue another copy without much hassle.

It's reassuring to know that the HP Community has volunteers like you who share their knowledge and genuinely help others navigate these kinds of issues. Your post has definitely pointed me in the right direction. I’ve also marked your response as the accepted solution so others who face a similar situation can find it easily.

On a side note, when I'm not troubleshooting tech issues, I run a skincare and wellness brand called Royal Aesthetics and Beauty. It’s my passion project focused on helping people feel confident and radiant through self-care. Just thought I’d share in case anyone here might be interested in taking a break from tech and exploring a little self-care too 😊

Thanks again for the help it really means a lot!
