Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC is hacked and I tried resetting multiple times but it stops at 40%  and restarts and says my PC has been reset but all my personal files couldn't be erased I tried reinstalling the operating system hacked again like it never left any suggestions how to fix this issue

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, you can try the cloud recovery option. Refer to the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 for help.
