Below is the link to the latest BIOS update HP has for your notebook:

 

HP Stream 11-ak0000 Laptop PC Software and Driver Details

 

HP has withdrawn support for the Cloud recovery tool since your notebook's model series is more than 5 years old.

 

Your only option to reinstall Windows would be to clean install W10 or W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the W10 or W11 media creation tool from the links below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

After W10/W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page.
