I need the original warranty details

The motherboard on my laptop is U/S. The warranty expired in March 2022. I am trying to get a warranty extension with my credit card, but they ask for the original warranty, and I can't find it.

It's seems impossible to reach any human being at HP, where can I find this information

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

But may I ask what is the problem with the computer ? Maybe a solution can be found.

(A) You will need (1) invoice as proof and (2) serial number (s/n) of your computer if it has never been registered at HP before. You may only give this information to HP support, do not make it public.

(B) Warranty date

The warranty date given online is often wrong (usually the manufacturing date!).

The warranty begins with the date of purchase (invoice) !

I have my proof of purchase, which was mad in March 2021, but I can’t find the original warranty anywhere. And I need it to request a warranty extension wit( my credit card company.

The motherboard is toast…don’t start anymore
