I tried to boot by USB drive for installation of the windows 11. But in F9 cannot see the USB drive. I also cchanged tbe bios as USB boot enabled.

Pray, tell: is your laptop a Windows 11 eligible device?  Meaning, does it have a Windows 11 approved processor?
