Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I was using my notebook in the dark and spilled a little water without realizing. But once the mouse pad stop working (and the water) I immediately unplugged it and turned it off. I then 5 mins later when tried turning it on,  the screen would not turn on and the cap lock was blinking 3 time with 2 short burst. I looked up what that means, and it said it had to do with the ram. However I kind of ignored that, because it was not that much water, and just looked up what to do if you spilled water on it? And it's said to dry it with some type of cloth, then turn it upside down and leave it to air

dry, but nothing is work. I have even taken the cover off to make sure there is no water left in there and check the ram. But there doesn't seem to be any noticeable problems. Further more, I need my notebook to start working. So I need any help I can get. Thank you!
