@Ashley2102, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Stream 14 is indicating that there's no administration account found after a reset, it likely means you need to set up a new user account. Here's a step-by-step guide to assist you with this:

Restart the Computer: Try restarting your HP Stream 14 to ensure that any temporary errors are cleared.

Boot into Safe Mode:

  • Press and hold the power button to turn off your computer.
  • Turn it back on and repeatedly press the F8 key until the "Advanced Boot Options" menu appears.
  • Select "Safe Mode with Networking" from the list using the arrow keys and press Enter.

Create a New Administrator Account:

  • Once in Safe Mode, go to the Control Panel.
  • Click on "User Accounts."
  • Select "Manage Another Account" and then click on "Create a New Account."
  • Choose "Administrator" as the account type, and complete the setup process.

Restart Normally: Restart your computer normally and try to log in using the newly created administrator account.

Perform another Reset if Necessary:

  • If the issue persists, you might consider performing another factory reset.
  • Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Recovery" > "Reset this PC."
  • Follow the instructions to reset your PC, ensuring you select the option to keep your files if needed.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
