after updating my laptop it desplayed the blue screen. i tried to reboot it i failed because i accidentally deleted recovery files.

now it desplays recovery 

 

with errr code : 0xc000000f

Hi:

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media. 

 

Your PC's product number is: 6TG71EA, but you also need to enter the # sign and the 3 characters that follow it which I do not have.  They should be on your PC's case, or in the BIOS's system information screen.

 

So, like this...6TG71EA#XXX
