My HP EliteBook Folio 9470m: S/N CNU316B8PK, ID 18DF, ID System configuration A1029D1103, Core(TM) i7-3667U CPU, 8 Gbyte RAM, BIOS version 68IBD Ver. F.73

 

After last BIOS update operation I've lost my laptop... I'm desperate...

I tried all the ways that HP's support teaches, but to no avail...

Hi:

 

You can make your own 8 GB bootable USB W10 64 bit installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

You will be asked during the installation process what version of W10 you want to install, and that is where you can select W10 Pro.
