Bro few months back i have bought hp pavilion laptop with windows 10 @ singapore , i have changed my windows 10 and installed ubuntu, but now ubuntu not works fine for me , now i want to reinstall my windows 10 but i have not noticed my activation key is that possible to get activation key again?

Hi:

 

If your notebook came from HP with W10 installed, the product key is in the BIOS.

 

You don't need it to reinstall W10.

 

You have two options to reinstall...

 

1. Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

2. You can clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Bro but I will get my original os again or not but my old computer attached os is paid one, now iam using cracked one, while iam asking with my friends they are telling you are paid for that then why are using cracked one, go and claim with the retailer from where you bought like that they are telling, it is not possible to go there because I'm in India, we bought  that in Singapore, if you find any answer means please help me, during deactivation of my old os I have not taken any backup please remind that, once think I don't have product key to reactivate, as you told that I'm previous reply we can get that by cloud is it possible?

If you follow the guidance I posted, you will have a genuine Windows operating system using either method.

 

I cannot have explained it more simply.
