I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.

We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not affiliated with HP.

We have no access to HP Sales areas and can not help you with issues related to those. These issues include Sales, Exchanges and Refunds.

Nor are we able to contact customers via chat, email, text, or telephone.

For these issues, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:

Hi @Helenreid88,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue one of the USB sticks doesn't work with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

May I know

  • Since when are you facing this issue
  • Have you made any changes on your PC post that this issue raised
  • Could you please elaborate on the issue?
  • May I know when you purchase this unit?

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
