HP ENVY X360 - 13z-ar000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hard drive on my HP Envy x360 13z suddenly died and I bought a new one from a third-party.  I've installed the new SSD myself, but there is no operating system installed on the hard drive.  I have looked up several help articles on how to create a Windows Installation media and use BIOS to boot the system from USB/Disk, but they ALL require access to another computer running Windows 10.   I don't have access to another computer running Windows 10, and I don't have any other Windows installation media. I am really trying to avoid going to a computer repair shop because I feel like I should be able to do this on my own.  Help please!

And yes, I know I should have created a backup before my hard drive failed - but I didn't.  I'm also ok just doing a totally clean re-install - I have the important files backed up on the cloud.

**And as an update - I was able to borrow a friend's computer and use the Windows installation tool to download installation media onto USB.  I've got the computer working again.  BUT I'm going to leave this question up because I'm curious what the answer is, and in case others are having the same problem (or I do again!).**
