Was attempting to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro with help from Microsoft help desk. During the process it rebooted Windows and now the only screen i see is a “Lets connect you to a network” and the need to install a network driver.  Unfortunately now the system will not connect to internet. Microsoft is saying this is due to a corrupted driver file.

i need help!

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if following the guidance at the link below allows you to bypass the Internet requirement issue and set up a local account.

How to bypass internet connection to install Windows 11 - Pureinfotech

Then install the applicable Wi-Fi driver from your notebook's support page.

If all of that works, you can sign out of the local account you set up and sign into your regular user account.
