HP Recommended

I recently repaired my old laptop. He add new bios in my latop when i start this every time he asked my product information is invalid. 

I dont have serial number not on laptop and not in the command promt. 

Due to missing serial number i dont get the product info from hp part surffer please share you opinion what i do
