Hi:

I'm surprised that W11 didn't automatically activate when you installed it.

See if this works...

Install the free Showkey plus app from the Microsoft Store.

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Store Apps

Run the Showkey Plus app and it should report an Installed Key and an OEM Key (or at least an OEM key).

In the PC settings menu, change the installed key to the OEM key from the Showkey plus report and see if W10 activates that way.

I didn't understand this Notebook quite new with latest CPU but why it limit the ram to only 2x16GB. I plan to replace Lenovo P51 which didn't have powerful GPU for render 4k video it could take 3 hour for 30 minutes video. This one only takes around 20 minutes. But I do need to run VMWARE so maximum 32 GB memory is too low because my P51 I bought 4 years ago can handle 64 GB.. I think because of Windows 10 not supported and memory only up to 32 GB  I will return this notebook and wait until HP had notebook had RTX 3070 and can have 4 memory slot so it can support 128 GB memory.

The Crucial memory report indicates the model series will support 64 GB of memory if yours comes with DDR5 memory,.

Even the older models with DDR4 memory support 64 GB.
