Is posible to get a copy or image of the original windows ?

Hey there, i recently buy a Elitebook 840 G2, from some one, i live in cuba, here hp have no stores(wath a shame), the OS is not the original one, n have been experimenting some dificulties because of that, there is some way of get an image of the original system and settings??Thanks for reed, n have a nice day 😄

Have you checked Device Manager to see if you are missing some drivers? Your Support page has software and drivers. That may be why you are having issues.

IF you can read the 25 character license key from COA attached to bottom of laptop you could download an ISO to make a bootable usb or dvd to do a fresh install.

thanks for the help guys, now i have a genuine win 10 runnin, for free!!! how i made, 

i get a win 7, that i activate with the coa stiker key, n then proceed to upgrade, thank so much for the advices 😄
