Product: HP EliteBook 8530p Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a used Elitebook 8530P  and it didnt come with a HDD so i put one in it and i was checking out the bios setting and i came across a custom logo setting but turns out i need the HP_TOOLS partition on the hdd to take advantage of it. Since this is a none OEM install of win 10 is there a way to create the HP_TOOLS partition to take advantage of the custom boot logo?
