I've had this ongoing issue where although my USB port is empty and appears clean and working. I get a constant alert (repeating every 3 seconds) stating USB device isn't recognised. The only way to stop this is by disabling the USB root 3 driver. This means I also cannot use any USB ports and therefore want to fix, its still under warranty but I'm trying here to see if anyone has a solution. I've tried update and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, nothing seems to work.

There is a greyed out unknown USB device under USB controllers in device manager, have tried to uninstall this numerous times, every time I enable the USB root it just comes back again.
