I was watching youtube that time then suddenly as I click the search bar, the keyboard didn’t stop working. I click many keys but it stop working that’s why I turned it off. When I turned it back on, I read the bottom left corner on the screen and it says “f11... recovery system” so I panicked because I didn’t even click anything when it was turning on especially f11. After that, I got into the blue screen which is skeptical at first so i click continue to the pc and then everything is going in loop. I was bring back everytime to the blue screen of death. I did everything to fix my netbook like command prompts, fix the issue of your pc, restarting it and everything you can think of. But there is only one think I didn’t click and that is reset. So, I reset everything and click reset that I can still have it. This gives me frustrtion when I thought it fix everything but it makes it worst. Everything was still the same even though reset it. Here I am now waiting for answers and solutions for my laptop. Please I’m begging you all to fix my laptop and give me solutions. 😞

 @Lucasio Does this issue occur when you disconnect the keyboard and use it in tablet mode as well? If it works on tablet mode, here's what I need you to do:

I understand the computer gets a blue/black screen error, However, since you haven’t captured the error code or message,

I would request you to follow the below steps to capture and reply back with the error message/code to identify the issue and find a permanent fix:

  • In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
  • In the Advanced tab, under Startup and Recovery, click Settings.
  • Under System Failure, remove the check mark next to automatically restart, and then click OK.
  • Restart the computer to apply the change.
  • The computer no longer restarts automatically when a blue screen error occurs.

​​Please reply back with the error code as the issue is code specific and it would be rather easier to provide an accurate solution using the same.
