ESTOY EN OTRA LAP TOP ESCRIBIENDOLES, MI LAP HP 15 ENERGY STAR, NO FUNCIONA SU PANTALLA ESTA NEGRA, NO  RESPONDE AL COMANDO  WINDOWS Y B, TAMPOCO RESPONDE A LOS COMANDOS F1, F2, F3,  F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11, F12,  NO HACE EL SONIDO DE PITIDO, SOLO SE ESCUCHA UN POCO LA VENTILADORA CUANDO ESTA CONECTADO Y SE PRESIONA LOS BOTONES WINDOWS Y B,  LE SAQUE TAMBIEN LA BATERIA Y PRESIONE EL BOTON DE INICIO  DURANTE TIEMPO Y CONECTE LUEGO EL CABLE DE ALIMENTACION DE ENERGIA, PERO TAMPOCO FUNCIONA,  QUE PODRIA HACER, ME PODRIAN DAR UNA SOLUCION PARA PODER REALIZARLA, GRACIAS DIOS LOS BENDIGA, ATENTAMENTE, MIRYAM
