Bonjour, j'ai du réinstaller mon PC HP 15 ENVY NOTEBOOK qui présentait un dysfonctionnement avec les paramètres usine et ensuite j'ai pris le temps de faire toutes les mises à jours windows. Mon problème est qu'il me dit d'activer windows car mon numéro n'est pas valide mais je n'ai jamais eu ce numéro de licence puisqu'il était déjà installé. Savez-vous comment faire? Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
