To answer your questions ...

First, if you are simply low on disk space, do NOT, repeat NOT, do a reset.  That will only make matters worse as it will set your PC back to where it was originally and then, Windows Update will kick in and you will spend HOURS with your PC locked up doing update after update.

Instead,  if it's possible, then try some things to recover some of the disk space:
http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html
http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-clean-up-winsxs-folder-in-windows-10/

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/83441-free-up-drive-space-windows-10-a.html

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr

Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html

Second, NO, you can NOT use a restore point from another PC because those are NOT system images that can be transferred from one PC to another.

However, if you can not get to a desktop, then you need to consider reinstalling Win10, as follows:

1) Use this link to download and create Win10 install media: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

2) insert that into your PC, NOT boot from it and run the Win10 install. When it prompts for a product ID, use the option to skip that.

I am still dealing with the up pro book 5330m. After Windows update crashed my. Up. It was good till update. I am not considered about data. I just need a fix. At point . where it has told me I need to deal with up to reinstall. But that must mean I need to remove data, files. How to I guess reboot a should be working machine back up and working . when it seem a memory fault is at play.

The Windows update that just came out I received or opened it between 11-18, for 1909.Could have had part in it. I had almost 80 gigs prior to update that is a bite for m,y little up. . I am now with no OS and need to recovery ,restore everything from x: command. How do I do this. So would say get rid of it. To my knowledge the parts still work. I got to just put some time into it and learn. Looking for help.

Sorry, you provided me a lot of feedback and I'm having problems understanding WHAT it is you want to do now.

You mentioned needing to recover/restore everything -- but that simply is not possible now.

Installing an OS from scratch will basically erase the drive, removing everything from it.

While there would be utilities you could run after that to TRY to recover individual files, they would be unreliable.

Thank u for ur comments. I have a system that was working great. But after I did the latest Windows update, the one just released in early Feb. For 1909. After I performed what I thought was a needed update. I a have now lost a good notebook to that update. I have had msg of ,  no os so I went to repair . it did not work. So I used recovery key. It would load to 70 %or so then shut down. So I got a fresh recovery 🔑

After that it then shows me I am low disk space.  Only place I can do anything is in the no is command prompt.  Now today I have black screen . not blue. No error. Just black. I ran the herd test. No results. I knew that however it passed. But f2 will not work either. What I would like is to get notebooks working again. If it take doing a complete reload and whatever else I need to do. I have the time I like to fix it. Rather then buy another. I get a Windows 11 or stable win10 once all this is has worked it self out. Stay safe all.
