My laptop has power but will not turn on. The screen is blank and I have tried the factory reset with no results. Suggestions?

- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
