Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi my laptop will not boot up. It’s just stuck in a cycle where it wants to start, the Caps lock, number lock and F12 illuminate briefly the fan starts and then it reboots and does the same again. When this is happening the only way I can stop it trying to reboot over and over is to remove the battery. What is likely to be the fault please?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Is the caps lock light blinking?
