The pic above shows that I am logged out  but the main page already shows all the info or my account the downloads etc. but icon on top always ask me to login and enter the information always. This is always the case. Even if I add the retail Norton that has password autofill. I always have to do it (manual login) all the time. Most of the time even when I write down my password and username. It will tell me that I entered the wrong info forcing me to do recovery and create another password in which several times I lost my access to old emails and logins due to continuously having to change.

 copied a link from the survey I just took on HP support website.

Are these url address normal? again I am not a programmer and not a tech savvy now. I stop catching up with this software and programming long time ago and now I don't feel secured using gadgets and computers.

My Windows Store starts downloading as soon as I click any Install button.
