I have HP pavillion 15- cc502ne

Serial number [edit].

My pc just crashes alot and then goes into endless boot loop. And then I see black screen with blinking caps lock keys in 3 long blinks and 2 short blinks sequence. I have tried many fixes like Ctrl + B but It worked once and the problem repeated in few hours again. Now even Ctrl + B doesn't work.
