HP Recommended

Yes I have inherited a HP stream 11 with windows 10 but I did not get the pin number nor administrator password. I've tried to factory reset but the reset option doesn't come up only the advanced options I've tried to Uninstall updates didn't help. I've tried every option and nothing is working. How can reset this notebook to factory settings or unlock
