The laptop is not able to detect the ssd. I did extensive test and all the components passes. I have tried the advance options when trying to install a windows from a bootable drive but it didn’t work. I have tried installing the vmd drivers from intel and hp but it gets stuck when I select the drivers and click install.and it goes back to the blue screen with error code pnp _watch _dog. I have tried hp cloud recovery tool.Any help for me?
