Hey I need some help. My Laptop is saying no operating system found and I know the hardware isn't damaged or anything and now I can only turn my laptop on and get into the bios menu and a couple other menus but it will not boot. What can I do?? Please help me because I am not very good with computer things and don't exactly know what to do. My friend told me that is was some sort of memory leaking thing but not sure the correct name for it. Anybody know????

Your friend is most likely incorrect because a memory leak would not present in this manner.
These problems are generally due to one of two basic problems:
1) Failed hard drive
2) Corrupted/missing boot loader files
As to the first, please follow the directions in this link for testing your hard drive http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
If that confirms your drive has failed, then you need to replace it. Please report back if that is the case.
As to the second, you will need access to a working PC for this step in order to create the media needed to repair your PC boot loader.
Follow the instructions below to create boot media from Macrium Reflect (MR) that can be used to rewrite/repair the boot media on your PC:
1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR) from this link: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
2) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD
That will create MR bootable media. Then, you can boot your PC into WinPE using that media.
Have patience, as that can take a while to start and bring up the screen.
Once the screen is there, select the option to Fix Windows boot problems. It will then search for the OSs installed and list them, Select the one you want to repair and click Next.
It will now do the repairs, listing the things it has done.
When finished, select the option to Restart the PC.
When done, your PC should boot OK. If it does not, there is a more serious problem.
