HP Pavilion Laptop 16-af0063cl
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently got a new laptop (HP Pavilion Laptop 16-af0063cl) and decided to replace the NVME SSD of the new laptop with the NVME SSD of my previous laptop to avoid having to transfer files. I first booted the new laptop up to the start of the Windows setup process (no issues) before powering the laptop down and performing the SSD swap. After the swap, the new laptop fails to boot. No boot logo appears. Pressing power button leads to the capslock key light flashing white once before powering back down. Charging port LED is amber when plugged in.

Already tried:
Booting while holding win+b, win+v, and other methods to boot into bios
Plugging in BIOS recovery drive

Plugging in original SSD that came with the computer

Allowing to charge further

Booting with no SSD (hey you never know)

Nothing has yielded a different result, screen remains completely black (no HDMI output either)
