Product: HP Laptop 15s-fq1002na

My Laptop won't turn on. it is new only purchased in May so still under warranty. It is model HP Laptop 15s-fq1002na. iv'e done all of the checks with the virtual agent and haven't managed to sort it. when plugged in no light appears to say the charger is connected, the socket I am plugged into works fine and no damage to the charger. The booting up light was plusing a couple of days ago but since then nothing.
