HI, 

So I recently sent my laptop off for repairs to the RAM and it's come back and still has the same issues. I know i have a care pack that is valid -it has literally just been used to aid in recent repairs- until the end of December but when I input my serial number to the virtual assistant it says I have no warranty - and so it won't let me talk to an actual assistant who can help. 

I'm trying to boot my laptop currently to go through the HP support assistant there, but I have big issues with instability and freezing.

Very frustrated right now, is there any way I can contact someone at HP to help?
