Hello

 

As of present my laptop is physically damaged - there are cracks/scarring to the screen and a hinge on the Right hand side is sticking out. The warranty expired in 2022 but the laptop works otherwise very well and I have no issues with the software and other components. 

 

I have tried to get in touch via whatsapp and this comment appears (bearing in mind it is only 9am here in the UK): Thank you for contacting HP's support. Unfortunately, you have reached us outside our opening hours. Please contact us again - from Monday to Friday between 08:30Hrs and 20:00Hrs, on Saturday and Sunday between 08:30Hrs and 17:00Hrs.

 

How best can I go about arranging a repair for my laptop? I am based in The United Kingdom and happy to send off my laptop for a repair.
