Hi, I have a laptop with 3 user profiles set up on it for Office 365 - Personal, Work, and Student. I log out of all of these when not using but once the 3rd profile (Work) was set up, the laptop started severely lagging at times and is now repeatedly freezing during Teams calls. I have tried various cleaning and diagnostic tricks but none work. No virus/malware problems. Hard-drive about half full. When I run task manager, the machine is running 101 Windows process and 97 background processes and many appear as duplicates on the list. Any ideas on why the machine is running too many background/windows processes (and if its related to the 3 profiles) and how I can get its performance back to normal again?
Thanks so much.
