Product: Hp 2000 2d00 Notebook PC series

Hello i have an HP 2000-2d00 Notebook PC series and I'm getting an hard drive smart error. I have alot of family photos in my laptop and do t want to lose them is there anyway any of you can please help me resolve this problem

You can remove the failing hard drive and connect it to another PC using a USB-to-SATA adapter to retrieve your files.

 

You will need to purchase a SSD to replace it.

Oh gosh, I have absolutely no idea how to do any of this. I though I would be able to get walked through on fixing this problem. My best would be to take it to somebody to fix it for me😏

Lol no I know nothing about fixing or resolving any problems with electronics especially not a laptop. But thanks for the video I will take a look at it
