Laptop stuck on logo screen

Omen 2019 15-dc1030nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few months after purchase the laptop started to have issues turning on. The Omen logo will appear but not the loading icon that usually appears under the logo. Instead, the Omen logo grays out and nothing happens. If I force reboot sometimes it will work. But then it will randomly do that again and not turn on and get stuck on logo screen.

I haven't changed absolutely ANYTHING on the setting or done anything different. The laptop was set up by my friend who understands about that stuff and then after that all I do is launch Steam and play my silly games.

Please help! I don't want to have to force reboot the laptop every time I wanna use it.

Hi
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
