Product: Notebook

When I slightly move my laptop it either freezes and I have to turn it off or it completely shuts off!!! When trying to turn it back on I can hear it trying to turn on but then it makes this spring noise and doesn’t end up turning on. (The spring noise sounds very similar to when I turn it off) 

I haven’t dropped it or done anything to make it be so touchy, it just recently started acting like this. 
Need to use it ASAP!!!

Provide the notebook model number or the product number?

 

Meanwhile:

Update the BIOS
