Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ran diagnostic on the hard drive and it says no hard drive found how would I be able to get a CD to install operating system windows 10

Win10 is way too large to fit on a CD; instead the MS version comes on a DVD.

 

But if your PC is relatively new (less than 5 years old) you should try this option, instead:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
