HP Stream 11-ak0000 Laptop PC (8QY67AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Last night in a Zoom meeting my connection (not other people's) kept jerking and flashing. Thought my laptop needed charging so plugged it in, but it won't charge, says it's pugged in (but doesn't mention 'charging' as usual) and light by adaptor port is red, not orange.

I checked adaptor and moved it to another electrical point, no change. Still the seem this morning. I've tried restarting, no change.

My laptop is under a warrantee.  HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE ABOUT THIS?????

Hi @Kimja,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This seems some issue with the adaptor or battery. will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
